Your order for Q Concert tickets will be processed minus the delivery charge.
All online orders are not confirmed until you receive a notification from us
(see Great Seats terms and conditions).
If you prefer immediate confirmation, you may place your order by phone at 1.800.995.2827.
All tickets are shipped only to the billing address on the credit card used for purchase. Special
delivery needs require the approval of our management.
Depending upon the time you place your order, your Q Concert tickets may not be shipped until the next
day. All orders placed overnight will be processed the following day on a first come-first served
basis.
Please note: Ticket orders will be processed Monday thru Friday 10am to 6pm. Ticket orders placed
on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Also you may be asked to sign a credit card fax authorization, in lieu of the physical credit
card. A credit card fax authorization is usually required of all new customers for our records.
