If your order is over $500, please choose Two-Day Delivery from the "Shipping Method" menu. Your order for Red Hot Chili Peppers tickets will be processed minus the delivery charge.

All online orders are not confirmed until you receive a notification from us (see Great Seats terms and conditions). If you prefer immediate confirmation, you may place your order by phone at 1.800.995.2827. All tickets are shipped only to the billing address on the credit card used for purchase. Special delivery needs require the approval of our management.

Depending upon the time you place your order, your Red Hot Chili Peppers tickets may not be shipped until the next day. All orders placed overnight will be processed the following day on a first come-first served basis.
